OPEN-PLAN “FORUM” OFFICE SPACE

This open-plan office “Forum” space represents my design work as part of a group project. Each group member was responsible for designing a particular area of a tech firm’s office space occupying a full floor of 731 Lexington Ave in New York City. As the firm produces solar cell technology, a design that uses natural light as a key design element was essential. My work on the forum space focused on bringing together several departments in an open plan that would encourage cross-team collaboration while still allowing for some privacy and as few visual distractions as possible.
